DIY Pizza Cups

So This Recipie is pretty fun. Pizza Cups. They are like mini pizzas.
serves 3.

  1. Take  A tin of Pillsbury Country-style (not flaky layer, or buttermilk, they don't work as well.) And open them up.
  2. Take six out.

3. Grease a muffin tin
4. Spread the biscuits out to the edges and up the sides in the muffin tin (as you can see, i only made four, because it was for two people)

5. Put the muffin tin in the oven for four minutes on 250 degrees farenheit, while you prepare the other ingredients, or until white and fluffy.

Okay, do you follow me so far? Your Cupcake tin should look like this. See how white and fluffy??

Kay, While those were cooking you should have been getting out the Mozzarella cheese and Spaghetti Sauce. If you're feeling up for some spice, add italian seasoning for that "authentic restaurant taste". (exceot no restaurant serves these, so you know...but it's a thing. Bear with me.)

Alright, Now here's the plan

6. Spread the sauce out on top of the white fluffy biscuits. There should be a little dip in the middle, be sure to fill that with sauce.
7. sprinkle cheese generously on top. If you put seasoning on it, you can put it on before, or after the cheese. a VERY LITTLE BIT of pepper also tastes pretty good.

Ok. We're almost done, I promise.

8. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is a little orange, and the bread, which you probably can see the edges of, if you cook like me, should be golden-brown.

9. Remove WITH AN OVEN MITT. IT WILL BE VERY HOT.

Ok, So Kids, this might be a good time to go find Mommy and daddy, cuz it involves sharp pointy things. :)

10. Use a steak knife to separate the cheese from where it got stuck to the pan, and flip, CAREFULLY, the pizzas out of their cups.

11. Put on a plate, and allow to cool for three minutes,

12. (The fun part.) ENJOY

So that's MY favorite meal, because i make it by myself. It tastes really good, and they're like mini pizzas. If you do it right, they even taste good. Bon apetit!
